Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Soledge website and associated decentralized applications (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service. You represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of the United States or other applicable jurisdiction.

2. Description of Service

Soledge provides a web-based interface that allows users to interact with smart contracts deployed on the Solana blockchain. The Service is non-custodial; we do not have access to your private keys or manage your assets. You are solely responsible for the custody of the cryptographic private keys to the digital asset wallets you hold.

3. User Responsibilities & Risks

You acknowledge and accept that:

  • Blockchain Risks: The use of blockchain technology involves significant risks, including but not limited to bugs, malfunctions, cyberattacks, or changes to the protocol rules.
  • Wallet Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet. Any unauthorized access to your wallet is your sole responsibility.
  • Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations regarding your use of the Service.
  • No Financial Advice: The information provided on the Service does not constitute investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Soledge, its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

5. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

By connecting your wallet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
